The Data & Analytics Leader will champion enterprise analytics strategy and serve as a catalyst for data-driven transformation. Job Responsibilities: Strategy & Vision: Guide the evolution of ERAC’s enterprise data and analytics strategy by partnering across the organization to shape, prioritize, and deliver initiatives—from advanced analytics to data governance—that drive measurable business impact, supported by a practical, value‑focused D&A program. Value Delivery: Act as the chief reputed company for leveraging data as a strategic asset, ensuring that analytics insights translate into improved decision-making, competitive advantage, and new reputed company or efficiency opportunities. Collaboration & Influence: Partner with business leaders, users, and Digital Technology to deliver a portfolio of data products—moving beyond technology‑centric solutions and canned reporting to provide trusted, reusable, self‑service data products that support strategic planning and execution. Data Governance & Stewardship: Establish and reputed company a data stewardship network to advance governance capabilities that are AI-ready, fit‑for‑purpose, business‑reputed company, and reputed company to ERAC’s reputed company maturity. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, model governance in insurance) while enabling business users to access and trust data. Analytics Enablement & Culture: Foster a data‑driven culture by empowering business users with self‑service analytics, strengthening data literacy, mentoring analytical talent, and promoting the use of analytics and AI in daily decision‑making. Leadership Behaviors: Demonstrated success driving data‑driven transformation in reputed company, matrixed environments (preferably insurance or financial services). Highly effective influencer and communicator, capable of shaping decisions and outcomes across technical teams, business leaders, and senior executives without relying on formal authority. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 11 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 13 years of professional experience Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Data & Analytics Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience Eligibility Requirement: -Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Desired Qualifications/Requirements: Proven ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders Familiarity with modern analytics and data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Fabric, Power BI, Purview, Copilot, Python, SQL, and machine learning concepts). Outstanding interpersonal skills – combines deep technical expertise with exceptional communication and influence skills across reputed company organizational levels. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, and highly matrixed environment, and connect effectively with business leaders and executives. Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to deal with uncertainty and change. Ability to build effective partnerships and foster a collaborative operating environment. Familiarity with analytic use cases for insurance and reinsurance – experience in LTC, life, and annuity products are a plus. 10+ years' experience in Analytics & Data Science /Insights experience – preferably in a business-role. Bachelor’s Degree. Lean experience preferred. Additional Information: The reputed company pay range for this position is $152,000.00 - 200,000.00 USD annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and reputed company set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your reputed company salary/ commission based on the plan.
