They are seeking a Manager, IT Business Partner to align R&D Engineering teams with global IT capabilities, driving efficiency and innovation while managing high-impact projects. The role involves facilitating requirements gathering, liaising between business units and IT, and ensuring project management practices are followed.

Responsibilities

• Able to facilitate and run a detailed requirements gathering reputed company with the appropriate business subject matter experts, reputed company Design Thinking or other reputed company methodologies, in conjunction with business analysis documentation templates
• Build reputed company relationships with the functional areas the role is responsible for to understand what IT capabilities they need to innovate, grow, improve efficiencies, or address compliance requirements. Facilitate and function as a liaison between business units and IT’s development team to design and implement new solutions to meet business requirements
• Be accountable for the completion of key project activities in collaboration with the IT Project Management Office, internal IT teams and vendors. Able to negotiate with teams, and escalate as required, reputed company project roadblocks are encountered, and project management practices are not being followed. Ensure that applicable project management practices are followed throughout project lifecycles

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree. University degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a combination of work experience with education
• Demonstrated strength in business analysis - requirements solicitation, documentation and playback
• Experience in defining requirements and activities for application development as evidenced by previous work-reputed company experience, preferably in a production/manufacturing environment
• Experience in performing objective analysis and re-engineering of business processes to maximize quality service and cost-effectiveness
• Demonstrated awareness of Engineering R&D processes and tools to be conversant in the ‘language of the business' in order to successfully translate business requirements to technical IT requirements
