Responsibilities

- Define and implement best practices for mobile development processes, code review, test strategies and CI/CD process standard
- Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals
- Ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the reputed company App ecosystem
- Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers
- Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives
- Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams

Skills
- 4+ years of experience in mobile with a strong focus on IOS and Android platforms
- Proven track record of delivering commercial mobile apps from concept to launch
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams
- Proficiency in mobile frameworks and programming languages - React Native primarily
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture platforms
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with gaming ecosystems and virtual currency platforms is a plus
