Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 8-10 client accounts
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company client communication
- reputed company client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into our systems and processes
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard
- Participate in client strategy calls alongside our Strategy reputed company and Marketing Director
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly client reporting
- Identify growth opportunities and strategic recommendations for clients
- Ensure client requests are addressed promptly and accurately
- Monitor project timelines and maintain momentum across accounts

Skills
- 2+ years of Account Management experience in digital marketing
- Experience working remotely reputed company an agency environment
- Strong understanding of reputed company Ads and TikTok Ads
- Comfortable discussing campaign performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
