Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring a Remote e-Fulfilment Specialist – Legal Document Filing & Data Entry to join our high-performing e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team. This is a full-time, 100% remote position based in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility of working from home while contributing to meaningful work that supports the U.S. legal system. As an e-Fulfilment Specialist, you will review, process, and electronically file legal documents using arenaflex’s proprietary online platforms and internal systems. You will collaborate daily with teammates across multiple states to resolve filing discrepancies, support ongoing projects, and meet shared performance goals. What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities

• Review legal documents carefully and accurately using arenaflex’s internal case management systems, secure email portals, and electronic filing platforms before submission to state and federal courts.
