Assistant Professor of Practice/BA@S Online Practicum Director (Remote), Department of Behavior Analysis The Department of Behavior Analysis in the School of Sciences and Health Professions (SSHP) invites applications for a non-tenure-track Assistant Professor of Practice/BA@Simmons Online Practicum Director (“Director”) reputed company our online Master’s degree program. The position will be filled for a 8/1/26 start (exact date negotiable). Work is remote, with preference given to candidates who are available in a hybrid reputed company. This position is fully dedicated to coordinating and supporting the Experiential Learning courses (i.e., Practicum), student reputed company research projects, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. Qualifications:

• PhD in Behavior Analysis or a closely reputed company field required;

• Meets Behavior Analysis Certification BoardⓇ standards for providing supervision;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising student research;
