Production Support Engineer We are looking for an reputed company Production Support Engineer to ensure the stability, continuity, and seamless performance of critical enterprise applications. In this role, you’ll act as the first line of defense for production ecosystems, leveraging tools like Control-M, SelectM, reputed company, and SQL Server to proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize both production and non-production environments. Your daily impact will span from scheduling and managing change requests, coordinating with cross-functional teams during deployment windows, and executing backend scripts/batch jobs, to handling incident resolution with speed and precision resolving P2/P3 issues reputed company strict SLAs. You’ll also be responsible for password renewals, database support requests (access, backup/restore, data transfers), and routine infrastructure upkeep such as weekly/monthly server reboots. This role is ideal for a resilient, detail-oriented operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and playing a pivotal role in the health and performance of business-critical systems. Job Address: Mexico City, Mexico Job Duration: Fulltime Max Salary: Open for discussion Work Mode: Remote These are the daily functions and tools that the selected candidate will use: Using Tools/Applications: ControlM, SelectM, reputed company, SQLSERVER Day to Day activities: Closely Monitoring production and non-prod applications through ControlM and backend. Schedule change requests. Need to co-ordinate with concern teams during the change window and provide the support on non-prod deployments as well whenever needed. Password renewals, Creating CR and follow up with concern team during Change window. Need to reputed company an eye on service now tickets (SCTASKS, Incidents) Based on reputed company need to take necessary action. P3/P2 tickets should be resolved in an hour.
