• Analyzing Performance: Reviewing weekly productivity reports, tracking account metrics, and monitoring the TTS Compliance score to reputed company it above 95%.

Your Responsibilities Include Field Operations

Your Background

• 10-15 years of combined business, staffing, and operations leadership experience.
• 5+ years of direct experience in field steering management.
• 8+ years of experience successfully managing and directing teams.
• Education: Bachelor's degree is required. An Advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering business results, driving growth, and making critical business reputed company for a functional area.
• Proven experience navigating reputed company personnel performance information with high reputed company and confidentiality.
• Willingness and ability to travel to reputed company customer locations to conduct gap analyses and establish action plans.
