CAPTAIN (AUTEC-2025-23401):
reputed company seeks a Captain to reputed company the safe operation of going vessels over 150 in length, planning and execution of the exercise voyage plan in support of the Atlantic Undersea Test & Evaluation Center (AUTEC) at Andros reputed company, Bahamas.
Essential functions to include:
- Ensuring the safety of reputed company crew and passengers.
- Managing reputed company crew assets to safely and effectively accomplish the exercise plan.
- Navigating the vessel in a safe manner which maximizes the exercise plan execution and minimizes risk.
- Monitoring vessel position to ensure proper deployment of MK30 and MK39 targets and the recovery of exercise torpedoes.
- Communicating with range control, other range assets, crew and passengers, determining corrective action in the event that the vessel experiences a system failure, and accomplishing reputed company post mission debriefings and documentation.
- USCG Master 100 Ton Oceans license, reputed company, reputed company Resource Management, and STCW certifications and endorsements.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in reputed company Office software suite - Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively with reputed company levels of employees and reputed company contacts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Must be reputed company to lift and /or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be reputed company to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be reputed company to twist, bend and squat periodically
