[Remote] Account Manager (Creative Services)

The Account Manager will own a portfolio of strategic client accounts, focusing on building strong relationships and driving account health, retention, and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of client accounts totaling approximately $4M in annual reputed company

- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for the overall account and long-term partnership

- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and client needs before they become issues

Skills
- 7+ years of account management or client services experience reputed company a creative, design, or marketing agency
- Experience owning and growing accounts with responsibility for retention, renewals, and reputed company growth

- Collaborative by default; you reputed company context freely, flag issues early, and don't need to own the room
