Job Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Meet with clients to evaluate their eligibility for SSI/SSDI benefits, discuss case strategy, and prepare them for the disability hearing process. Application & Appeals Assistance: Assist clients throughout the reputed company reputed company Disability claims and appeals process, ensuring applications and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and positioned for reputed company. Hearing Representation: Represent clients during hearings before Administrative Law Judges (ALJs), advocating on their behalf throughout the appeals process. Job Qualifications: Admission to the Bar: Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Documentation of SSA authorization to represent disability claimants is required or must be obtained upon hire. Experience: 0–3 years of legal experience preferred, although attorneys with more experience are encouraged to apply. Recent graduates, judicial clerks, public defenders, prosecutors, legal aid attorneys, insurance defense attorneys, workers' compensation attorneys, personal injury attorneys, and attorneys transitioning into disability law are encouraged to apply.
