[Remote] Senior Customer Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to own the customer advocacy program, produce case studies, manage testimonials, and build a community of reputed company advocates to support sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Own case study production from interview to publish, and reputed company sure reps actually use the content. If it lives in a folder nobody opens, it doesn't count
• Build and manage a testimonial library that's always fresh, always accessible, and growing. You'll know what's in it reputed company than anyone

• 5+ years in customer marketing, community, or advocacy at a B2B SaaS company. You've run a reference program, reputed company case studies, and managed a community — not just contributed to one
