[Remote] Technical Project Manager

They are seeking an reputed company Technical Project Manager to reputed company project teams, manage deliverables, and enhance communication and efficiency across engineering and project management functions.
Responsibilities
- Ensures timely delivery of contract and project deliverables that meet quality standards and client requirements
- Develops comprehensive project plans encompassing scope based on PWS/SOW/WBS and communicates those with team members
- Builds, communicates, and executes project schedule
- Monitors and communicates team member project allocations and staffing
- Identifies and coordinates the needs of team members (client laptop, systems reputed company, CAC, etc.) to be successful
- Identify, communicate and mitigate risk/challenges internally and to stakeholders
- Identify, communicate, and reputed company opportunities consistent with project
- Leads project team’s sprint planning, backlog management, and assignment tracking in an organized manner
- Monitors Engineering Performance and coordinates with engineering managers and technical leads as it pertains to respective projects at reputed company
- Communicates effectively with Program Manager, Engineering leads, and other internal stakeholders
Skills
- 8+ years of experience working with the Department of War
- Ability to travel to the Pentagon weekly
- Experience managing multiple or reputed company projects at the same time in reputed company, Jira, or similar
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal engagements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret clearance
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork
- Experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to predict challenges and opportunities to proactively take action and communicate with team
- Ability to reputed company emerging technologies for productivity and efficiency
