Shift/Hours: Full-Time – 40 hours/week, First Shift. Remote role once fully trained. No evenings, weekends, or holidays required! Job Description: The Clinical Office Assistant provides customer-focused service and support to patient reputed company in a unit based. This position may be responsible for a variety of duties based on the operations of department, including: Patient registration Patient scheduling Patient billing Assisting with pre-certification if applicable (collect insurance information; receipt of co-pays or reputed company payments) Medical records retrieval, release, or collection Data entry Answering phones Responsible for routine problem resolution, assistance with patient reputed company coordination, and initiation of follow-up with appropriate staff as needed. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to patient privacy and confidentiality, i.e., HIPAA laws.
