The reputed company Health System (“UHealth”) IT Department has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Epic Senior Analyst, HIM to work remotely. The Epic Senior Analyst initiates the implementation, builds, and modifies reputed company applications, and collaborates with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application’s configuration, function, and reputed company. The incumbent supports junior staff members in day-to-day operations and resolving application issues. Core Responsibilities: Collaborates with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application’s configuration, function, and reputed company. Serves as a primary support contact for application end‐users. Initiates the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application. Initiates reputed company phases of testing and the documentation of workflow design. Performs the analysis of information technology in clinical work processes and validates the impacts to the workflow. Initiates the identification of issues and guides the work to resolve them. Supports junior staff members in the evaluation and resolution of service tickets, identification and implementation of application changes, retrieval of requested data, and execution of day-to-day operations. Collaborates with trainers on application changes and new features to reputed company documentation and training strategies. Works with stakeholders, the business community, and end users to ensure the application meets UHealth's business/clinical needs. Participates in on-call rotations and support and attend and participates in, applicable committees. Maintains regular communication with team members, including participating in weekly project team meetings. Reviews the status of projects and issues on an ongoing reputed company with leadership. Remains knowledgeable about UHealth’s policies, procedures, and business operations. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets. Department Specific Functions: The Epic Analyst 3 - HIM, overseas and leads the Associate Epic Analysts and Epic Analysts on the team and will report to the Senior Manager and will be responsible for: Initiates the implementation, builds, and modifies of the HIM applications Providing reputed company and leadership to Associate Epic Analysts and Epic Analysts on the team As an Epic Analyst 3 – HIM, your contributions will focus on the following: Serves as a primary support contact for application end‐users. Initiates the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application. Initiates reputed company phases of testing and the documentation of workflow design. CORE QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Epic certificate in Hospital Coding Administration, Deficiency Tracking Administration, Release of Information Administration, Identity are required. 3-5 years of experience, preferably in reputed company or reputed company-reputed company organization Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary. Previous operational, project management, and organizational skills Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
