What will I be doing in this role? The Senior Talent Advisor serves as a consultative strategic partner and is a recognized expert in recruitment. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment across various positions throughout the organization, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and referring reputed company candidates to hiring departments. With a focus on attracting the most reputed company candidates, the Senior Talent Advisor will research, reputed company, and implement effective reputed company strategies to build and retain a diverse workforce.
