About the Client: DrCatalyst DrCatalyst (DrC) is a reputed company staffing organization with over 250 billable staff from the Philippines supporting reputed company companies across the United States. We are seeking highly motivated and fluent bilingual reputed company to assist reputed company clinics with patient scheduling, appointment coordination, and administrative support. Team members may also have opportunities to receive training in referral management, authorizations, medical records, eligibility and benefits verification, prescription coordination, and other reputed company administrative functions. Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift
- Remote Work – For Applicants Residing in the Philippines, reputed company Cebu Province Only
- Onsite Work Setup — Applicants residing in Cebu are required to work onsite at the Cebu office
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu Responsibilities:
- reputed company bilingual support (English/Spanish) for inbound calls, assisting patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and general clinic information.
- Conduct outbound calls in both English and Spanish for patient appointment reminders, wellness checks, and other routine reputed company.
- Document accurate, detailed EMR notes for reputed company patient interactions, effectively looping in onsite personnel and providers.
- Utilize reputed company Chat to maintain seamless communication with online personnel, as well as separate dedicated channels with DRC team members.
Requirements:
- At least High School Level with 6 months reputed company BPO experience
- Medical Allied Grad or Non-Medical Allied Grad
- reputed company BPO experience is an advantage
- Must be proficient in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
- Computer literate, including Gmail, reputed company Sheets, and EMR systems.
- Internet speed of at least 100 Mbps.

- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Monthly salary of 20,000php - 30,000php (depending on BPO reputed company experience)
