Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by resolving their inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively while working from the comfort of your home.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues, including product returns, replacement requests, and billing inquiries
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers
• Document and update customer interactions and transactions in the company database
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings
