### Requirements
– High school diploma or GED equivalent
– At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy
– Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
– High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace
### Responsibilities
– Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their flight reservations, cancellations, and inquiries
– Resolve customer issues efficiently and courteously
– Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and policies
– Assist customers with special requests and accommodations
– Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
