Job Summary
FedEx Corporation is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a FedEx SameDay Delivery Partner. This part-time position offers less than four working hours daily, with a competitive hourly wage. Job Description
As a FedEx SameDay Delivery Partner, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our commitment to serving customers with time-critical delivery needs. Your role will primarily involve picking up and delivering packages within the same day, ensuring the quickest possible delivery for our customers.
Responsibilities
– Pick up and deliver packages to customers within the same day
– Ensure all packages are delivered in a timely and safe manner
– Strict adherence to FedExs safety policies and procedures
– Provide excellent customer service
– Maintain accurate records and logs
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Ability to lift, lower and carry packages up to 70 pounds
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic knowledge of local area geography and street layout
Experience
Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Educational Qualifications
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
