What you will be doing: Your primary responsibility will be to log into the live chat portal each day, engaging with customers, answering their queries, and providing support. Youll use the live chat software, which simplifies responding to common questions, and youll have the support of a chat supervisor for more complex inquiries. Training is concise and effective, setting you up for immediate start. Contract length: No fixed term Rate: $35 per hour. Skills/background needed: Access to a device with internet capabilities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). The ability to work autonomously and follow detailed instructions.
