Responsibilities

As a Floating Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and enriching learning environment for our young learners. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: • Curriculum: Collaborate with Lead Teacher to create and execute lesson plans and activities to help children reach their highest level. • Individualized Guidance: Perceive and address the individual needs of each little learner in your care. • Parent Correspondence: Keep an open and positive communication with parents that highlights the growth of their little one. • Group Cooperation: Work cooperatively with our school team to create a positive and nurturing environment. Floating teachers play a pivotal role in the dynamics of a center. We are looking for candidates who have great knowledge and experience across all ages who can jump in to any classroom to assist with the same level of care and affection as if it were their own classroom. Qualifications • Previous experience as an early childhood educator or similar role. • Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Passion for creating a positive and engaging learning experience for young children. • Minimum of High School Diploma, One Year in Preschool Classroom Setting • Preferred: CDA or higher degree If so, Apply Now to learn more about joining our friendly and supportive team.
