Delivery Driver/Forklift Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to handle heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck to deliver goods to designated locations efficiently and safely.
• Load and unload products using manual handling techniques, including the use of a pallet jack when necessary.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Handle paperwork related to deliveries, including invoices and delivery confirmations.
• Assist in warehouse operations when not on delivery routes, including organizing inventory and preparing shipments.

Skills

• Experience in route driving with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate various vehicles, including vans and box trucks.
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Previous experience as a courier is advantageous but not required.
