Assist in the processing and underwriting of mortgage applications and ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with loan officers and other team members to provide exceptional service to clients and answer any questions or concerns they may have. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and assist in developing strategies to reach them. Maintain a strong understanding of current mortgage products, rates, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients and provide guidance on the best options for their needs. Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other partners to generate leads and referrals. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information. Keep accurate and organized records of all client interactions and loan progress. Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the Home Lending team. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry changes and advancements.
