Executive Director of Operations - Home Health Services (Registered Nurse)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure care center compliance with all regulations, laws, policies, and procedures
• Educate staff on state, federal, and accreditation requirements
• Direct weekly business development and management team meetings to promote home care services
• Provide input on marketing activities and agency marketing plans to drive growth
• Assign and direct staff with appropriate skills to perform duties
• Coach, direct, and encourage staff through formal and informal means
• Analyze work processes and suggest improvements
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance
• Make employment decisions for direct report staff

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: $132,000 - $138,500
• $15,000 bonus

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or clinical-related field
• Three years of experience in leadership/management in healthcare, home health, or hospice
• OR five years of experience in leadership/management in healthcare, home health, or hospice in lieu of a degree
• Preferred: current, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse or other healthcare professional
• Preferred: Master's degree in business or clinical-related field and licensed clinical professional
