Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain and manage schedules from clinicians on a weekly basis
• Enter patient frequency and duration data into our database
• Coordinate employee schedules to maintain optimal productivity
• Collaborate with clinicians to determine patient assignments and caseloads
• Communicate with patients regarding scheduled visits and provide excellent customer service
• Track lab results, fax information to clinicians, and update patient records
• Coordinate on-call information and ensure consistent weekend coverage
