Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and independent contractors to join our team as Remote Inbound Customer Service Agents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients' customers via phone. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to our clients' services and products

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone
