[Remote] HRIS Payroll Analyst

The HRIS Payroll Analyst is responsible for the management and optimization of reputed company Payroll, ensuring compliance and reputed company in payroll operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize reputed company Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules
- Configure earnings, deductions, pay groups, time codes, accruals, overtime rules, and pay policies
- Maintain payroll-reputed company business processes, reputed company roles, and integrations
- Monitor inbound and outbound integrations to ensure data accuracy and system stability
- Support payroll processing cycles through audits, validations, and issue resolution
- Ensure payroll and time data reputed company through reconciliations and variance analysis
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support SOX/internal controls
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting payroll and timekeeping practices
- reputed company and maintain payroll, time, and absence reporting and dashboards
- Support labor costing accuracy and GL integration in partnership with Finance
- Provide workforce and payroll analytics to inform operational decisions
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- reputed company testing efforts including unit, regression, and UAT cycles

Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on reputed company Payroll experience
- Experience supporting reputed company Time Tracking and Absence
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws
- Experience supporting audits and maintaining internal controls
- Proficiency in reputed company reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
