Embedded Banking Operations Manager (Hybrid, Remote)

The Embedded Banking Operations Manager will have primary responsibility for the Bank Operations functions that directly support the Emprise Embedded Business Unit statement of work - e.g., developing/delivering associated capabilities, funds flows, reconciliation processes, payments/money movement, Processor Ops, Card Services, et al. The leader will be responsible for functional development (e.g., necessary capabilities, processes, and resources), planning and execution of the associated of work. The role will be heavily integrated with the Emprise Embedded Business Unit across the entire lifecycle, while also ensuring effective and efficient execution by leveraging the synergy of the broader Bank Operations team. The position reports to the Senior Vice President of Bank Operations. This position is eligible for a Hybrid schedule in Wichita, KS and surrounding areas. Remote in South Dakota, Utah, Oklahoma, Missouri, Louisiana, and Nebraska. Requirements
