Senior Case Advocate (Operations) - Remote

Position Synopsis

As a Senior Case Advocate (Operations), you will review, analyze, and resolve complex and sensitive cases, adhering to state-driven experience handling guidelines. You may gain proficiency with multiple Medicaid plans. Claims processing experience is essential.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clinical case handling (Business, Medicaid, Government Healthcare, etc.)
• Proven experience working in a production environment.
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills, particularly in areas like disputed claims.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency with computers, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with QNXT claims processing systems
• Experience with case management systems
• Experience with Edifecs data
